How can I extend my tax filing deadline for my QOF past July 15?

Even though IRS rejected to extend the deadline past July 15, is there a way to file an extension? When do I need to pay any due taxes when filing an extension?

You can file a valid extension and remit the estimated calculated balance due by July 15.

You can extend the time to file, but not to pay any taxes or penalties. Most OZ-related compliance has been delayed at least through the end of 2020, so you hopefully won't have any penalties due, but the due date of the income tax payments you cannot delay any further.
