When can an equity interest in a QOZB be considered OZP?

    As long as the QOZB remains compliant with the rules, the equity interests are considered QOZP. It is only when the QOZB falls out of compliance that the equity interests are no longer considered QOZP, which may cause compliance issues.

    If it meets all the criteria for a QOZB, then it is OZP.
