How can I invest in Opportunity Zones using crowdfunding?

    You can crowdfund a Qualified Opportunity Fund (QOF). There is no restriction on this. All the regular securities laws associated with crowdfunding would still apply all the same. Investors could either invest according to the Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) rules or make a regular investment.

    There may be Opportunity Zone funds using crowd funding. You would have to search the internet or crowdfunding websites. Most crowdfunding is limited to accredited investors and you have to register on the site to see deals.
