About Forrest Milder

Forrest Milder is a tax attorney. He is currently a partner at Nixon Peabody, based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Nixon Peabody, a law firm founded in 1875, specializes in a variety of fields, including corporate and finance law, real estate, litigation, labor and employment law, intellectual property, government relations, health care and trusts. It has offices throughout the United States as well as internationally in Hong Kong, London, Shanghai and Singapore.

Milder has been with Nixon Peabody since 2004. He specializes in the tax aspects of projects, including low-income housing, renewable energy, historic buildings and new markets tax credits. His national practice also emphasizes resolving disputes with the IRS.
