How can I find QOFs looking to invest in a certain state?

We are trying to see if there are any local or national QOFs that are interested in investing in NC/SC QOZs within the remaining investment window.

It's difficult to find QOFs looking to invest in specific areas unless those areas are either (1) close to the QOF's geographic headquarters, or (2) well-known metro areas like NY or LA. I would instead tout the type of property the QOZB will invest in, then seek out interested QOFs. For instance, if you're doing multifamily, that'll probably be a better draw than leading with the geography.

There are various websites keeping track of the funds and the type of investment.
