How can I get my business ready for capital fundraising?

I have a business located in an Opportunity Zone. It has been owned by my family for over 20 years. What do I have to do to get my business ready for fundraising so I can use the OZ tax benefits?

You need to engage securities counsel and prep a pitch deck. You can do the pitch deck in-house, but you need the advice of securities counsel along the way.
