    You have to consult with tax and securities counsel, but you'd set up the legal infrastructure, choose a crowdfunding platform, and be off and running. That's conceptually simple but starts getting nuanced in the tax and securities compliance areas very quickly. But in a nutshell, that's how you would do it.

    You will have to create a Private Placement Memorandum and the fund documents, such as a Limited Partnership-then get listed in one of the SEC licensed crowdfunding portals.
