Adam Yormack is a real estate attorney. He is currently the managing partner and principal attorney at Escalante Yormack (EY) Law, based in Miami, Florida.
EY Law practices business law, commercial litigation, franchising and distribution, and real estate law. Yormack’s areas of expertise are corporate and general business law, capital formation and commercial real estate. He works in the development of both real estate and businesses in Opportunity Zones. Yormack, who has been with EY Law since 2013, has represented business owners, investors, funds and developers.
Yormack’s other professional experience includes working as an attorney at Solomon, Furshman & Cooperman, a law clerk for Morgan Law Group , P.A. and a legal intern for a Miami-Dade County judge. He also co-founded Bella Ag, a Colorado-based dairy technology company that improves animal health and dairy operations, and was an analyst at OppenheimerFunds.
Yormack, who is also a real estate broker, has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2013. He is the co-founder of the Dominican Joe Foundation, which helps children’s education efforts in the Dominican Republic.
Yormack received his J.D. from the St. Thomas University School of Law in Florida, where he was president of the Business Law Society, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and member of Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity. Yormack has bachelor’s degrees from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in finance and operations management.
